I wonder if anyone can help, my dad is in Carlisle Hospital very ill and the doctors are unable to determine the cause. He is 54 and  started with twitches then fits in June... he was initially diagnosed with epilepsy but his illness progressed further and he is completely confused and seriously ill. his Symptoms went in this order ... muscle twitching of head and one arm..... diagnosed as dystonia, then depression, then fits/ seizures/ memory loss hospitalisation. a spell in ITU as he couldnt breath for himself and now he is completely disorientated and distressed.

Hi Doctor, My father is facing a severe chil and high fever from past 15 days. BACKGROUND:  IN May he went thru Angioblast operation for his heart and after 5 days, he developed high fever and chils. Doctor tested and said it is UTI(Urinary Track infection) and they treated him for about 12 days with antibiotics and then the fever came down and was fine..

Have any suggestions for the doctors forums?  Please post them here.  Feel free to make any requests you would like.  Something I was thinking of doing was to install a chat box so that we can all talk in real time chat.  Would anyone like this would you ever use it?  What do you guys think?
