Littman Stethoscope or Sprague?
what is the difference between littman stethoscopes and sprague? Is one stethoscope better than the other. I have noticed that littmans seem a little more pricey than spragues. Are the littman stethoscopes really worth the extra money?

Littman steth is more favourable than Sprague steth because its chestpiece is designed for better orientation around blood pressure cuffs and body contours.The tunable diaphragm in Littman conveniently alters between low and high frequency sounds without the need to turn over the chestpiece.
